Problems With Your File
If your download won’t open, the file appears corrupted, or you never received your confirmation email, contact us first at [email protected]. These are technical issues we can almost always fix within one business day by sending you a working copy. Please don’t request a refund before giving us the chance to sort it out.
Check your spam and promotions folder first, that’s where a missing confirmation email usually is.

Your satisfaction matters to us. We’re confident in the quality of our cookbooks and the recipes inside them. For that reason, we offer a Money-Back Guarantee if you purchase a cookbook, try at least 5 recipes, and are not satisfied with the results.
How to request a refund:
1. Try the recipes. Within 14 days of purchase, cook at least 5 recipes from the cookbook.
2. Document your experience.
- Take photos of the finished dishes
- Keep a record of the ingredient brands you used
- Note how you measured your ingredients
3. Email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the finished recipes
- The ingredients and brands you used
- A description of what went wrong and the results you expected
4. Resolution. We’ll personally review your email and try to help you get better results. If we can’t resolve your concerns, we’ll issue a full refund.

- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase

- Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days
- Once a refund is issued, your licence to use the product ends and you must delete all downloaded copies
- Duplicate purchases made by accident are refunded in full, no questions asked
- If a product is faulty, corrupted, or materially different from its description, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of the time limits above. Consumers in the EU and UK: this policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If a recipe isn’t turning out, tell us what happened, nine times out of ten there’s a small fix, and we’re happy to walk you through it.
